proefrotterdamLast saturday the BF and I had a wonderful breakfast at Proef Rotterdam. For €10,95 pp we had a breakfast board. Which consisted of slices of sour dough bread with cheese, cumin cheese and cured beef with scones, thickly whipped cream, strawberry jam and apricot jam. Along with a cup of coffee and a glass of tea.

The scones are probably the best I ever had. Very light with a slightly crunchy outside. The sour dough bread was heavenly. Absolutely a breakfast to get up early for.
